Jeana Dunlap is an urbanist, strategic advisor and founder of META Agency, LLC.  Jeana values changing mindsets and facilitating change through the built and natural environment to achieve vibrant lifestyles and communities. She is passionate about economic justice, cultural & historic preservation and community investment. Jeana served over 15-years in local government, having overseen a multitude of real property challenges including, abandoned property, surplus public properties and real-estate development for residential, commercial and institutional uses. Jeana is a 2019 Harvard Loeb Fellow, a design critic at the Harvard Graduate School of Design and a faculty affiliate at the Bloomberg Center for Cities at Harvard University. She holds a Master of Science in Economics and a Master of Public Policy & Administration, both from the University of Kentucky, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Louisville.
